Our Factory

Founded in 1994, the predecessor of Linsheng Electric focused on the research, manufacturing, and sales of wires and cables. In 2001, Ningbo Linsheng Electric Co., Ltd. was officially established and developed into one of China’s leading power cord manufacturers. With professional manufacturing capabilities, Linsheng Electric supplies Australian Standard Power Cord, American Style Power Cord, EU Standard Power Cord, and Japanese Standard Power Cord, providing reliable power connection solutions that meet different international market requirements. Guided by the philosophy of “Winning customer trust through credibility and expanding the market through quality,” Linsheng Electric is committed to delivering high-quality products and professional services to customers worldwide.

The company operates a modern manufacturing base covering 100,000 square meters, equipped with 80 automated production lines, more than 350 injection molding machines, over 1,500 production devices, and 250 advanced testing equipment sets. Our product portfolio includes PVC and rubber-sheathed power cords, extension cords, cable reels, power adapters, work lights, string lights, EV chargers, and related electrical products. With nearly 30 years of industry experience, LINSHENG Electric has built a strong global presence across North America, Europe, Australia, and East Asia, while also providing ODM solutions for internationally recognized retailers such as The Home Depot, Costco, Walmart, and HFT.

Innovation has always been at the heart of LINSHENG Electric’s growth. The company holds more than 400 patents covering materials, technologies, and manufacturing processes, as well as over 800 global product certifications. We strictly comply with international standards for environmental protection, product quality, and social responsibility. In recognition of its achievements in technology and innovation, LINSHENG Electric has been honored with titles including “National High-Tech Enterprise,” “Zhejiang Provincial High-Tech Enterprise R&D Center,” and “Zhejiang Patent Demonstration Enterprise.”

With strategically located production facilities in both China and Thailand, LINSHENG Electric maintains a robust and diversified supply chain. This geographical flexibility allows us to effectively reduce regional risks caused by geopolitical changes, regulatory adjustments, or natural disruptions, while ensuring stable and uninterrupted product delivery to customers worldwide. As a member of the World Trade Organization (WTO), Thailand benefits from the Most-Favored-Nation (MFN) principle, enabling relatively low and non-discriminatory tariffs on exports to the United States.

China-Based Factory

The China manufacturing base covers an area of 100,000 square meters and is equipped with 80 automated production lines and advanced production equipment, including more than 350 injection molding machines and over 1,500 additional production devices. This strong manufacturing infrastructure ensures stable production capacity and reliable product quality.

Thailand Phase I Factory (Operational)

The Phase I Thailand factory covers 9,000 square meters and employs approximately 400 staff members. The facility is designed with a monthly production capacity of up to 1,000,000 pieces, equivalent to around 50 x 40GP containers per month.

In 2025, LINSHENG Electric secured 76,800 square meters of land for the construction of its second Thailand factory. The new state-of-the-art facility is planned to feature up to 60,000 square meters of construction area, with full-scale operations scheduled to commence in 2026.

Laboratory

We generate more than 110 detailed testing reports every day, conducting systematic random inspections on incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods in storage to consistently maintain and ensure the highest quality standards for our products.

Mechanical Property Testing

• Equipped with high-precision tensile testing machines, we accurately evaluate material tensile strength and elongation performance to ensure all fundamental physical properties meet required standards.

Environmental Reliability Testing

• Through advanced environmental aging test chambers, we simulate extreme temperature and humidity conditions to verify product aging resistance and ensure long-term stability throughout the product lifecycle.

Electrical Safety & Flame Retardancy Testing

• We strictly perform wire combustion and flame-retardant testing to ensure materials comply with international electrical safety standards and effectively reduce fire risks.

Microstructure Analysis

• Using high-magnification metallographic microscopes, we conduct in-depth analysis of material microstructures and potential defects, enabling strict quality control over both raw materials and manufacturing processes.
